Antécédents médicaux en anglais : maladies chroniques, opérations, hospitalisations et antécédents familiaux

« Any past medical history? » est l'une des questions les plus courantes lors d'un questionnaire d'accueil en anglais. En un instant, il faut se rappeler : quelles maladies chroniques ai-je, quelles opérations ai-je subies, quand ai-je été hospitalisé, et qui dans ma famille a eu quoi ? Tout mettre en anglais est un défi en soi. L'astuce consiste à répartir vos antécédents en quatre catégories — maladies chroniques / opérations / hospitalisations / antécédents familiaux — et à apprendre quelques formules figées pour chacune. Cela couvre presque toutes les questions des cliniciens.
