Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on ExamRift, operated by PAN-U INFORMATION COMPANY LIMITED. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.
2. Subscriptions (Plus / Intense)
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you continue to enjoy all subscription benefits until then.
- Refund eligibility: A full refund is available for a subscription payment within 7 days of the initial charge and only if no AP (Action Points) has been consumed since the payment was made. After the 7-day window or once any AP is used, the payment is non-refundable. Since all users receive a 14-day reverse trial with full Plus-level features before subscribing, you have ample opportunity to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid plan.
- Once AP is used: After any AP has been consumed, the subscription payment is non-refundable. You may still cancel to prevent future charges, and the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Price changes: If we increase subscription pricing, the new price takes effect at your next billing cycle. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before the next renewal.
3. AP Top-ups (Subscribers Only)
AP (Action Points) top-up packs are available exclusively to users with an active subscription (Plus or Intense). Top-up AP is delivered immediately upon purchase to your account balance. Because AP is delivered instantly, all AP top-up purchases are final and non-refundable.
4. Sprint Pass (7-Day Access)
The Sprint Pass is a one-time, time-limited purchase. Due to its short-term nature:
- Refund requests are accepted within 24 hours of purchase if you have not used the Service during that time.
- After 24 hours or upon first use, the Sprint Pass is non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your account email and the transaction or invoice ID (available in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email).
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request.
We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.
6. Exceptions
- Technical issues: If the Service is materially unavailable or defective for an extended period during your billing cycle, we may issue a prorated refund or account credit at our discretion.
- Duplicate charges: Accidental duplicate payments will be refunded in full upon verification.
- Consumer protection laws: Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Where local law grants broader refund rights, those rights prevail.
