形容細問題嘅字眼，可以幫你描述一啲真實存在但唔嚴重嘅事情。當你要報告一個小瑕疵、解釋延誤、要求快速維修、形容一個不便之處，或者想令人安心知道情況可以應付得到嘅時候，就用得着呢啲字。與其每次都講「there is a problem」，你可以講件事係 minor、slight、temporary、simple to fix，又或者只係一個 small inconvenience。
