描述數碼問題
當網上出咗問題，要講出動作、嗰樣嘢，同埋結果。唔好淨係講「It does not work」，可以講「The link opens, but the page is blank」，或者「The attachment downloads, but I cannot open the file」。咁樣會畀到對方有用嘅資訊。
如果係資訊唔見咗，可以用 I cannot find、I did not receive、it is not showing up、the link expired、the file is missing，或者 the thread disappeared from my inbox。
講到分享，就要清楚講明存取權限。可以講 view-only link、editable link、shared folder、private message、public comment，或者 temporary link。如果對方需要權限先打得開，淨係講「I sent the file」可能唔夠。
講到時間，可以用 just now、earlier today、yesterday afternoon、after I clicked、when I opened the attachment，或者 before I saw your reply。次序講得清楚，數碼問題就會易解決啲。
學習者常犯嘅錯誤
唔好用 「answer to the message」 做動詞短語。要講 「reply to the message」 或者 「answer the message」。做名詞嘅時候，「a reply to the message」 就啱。
唔好混淆 forward 同 send。你 send 一個新訊息；你 forward 一個已經存在嘅訊息。
唔好將每樣檔案都叫做 link。link 會帶人去到某個地方；attachment 係跟住訊息一齊附上嘅檔案。共用檔案有時係用 link 寄出，而唔係用 attachment。
