含糊嘅評論,例如「This is bad」或者「I do not like it」,多數會造成混亂。一句較好嘅句子會解釋個問題:「The chicken seems undercooked」「The vegetables are overcooked」「The soup is a little bland」或者「The fries are too greasy」。
undercooked(未熟透)指食物未煮夠。
raw(生)指完全冇煮過。 如果樣食物本應煮熟但入面仲係生嘅,你可以講「This is still raw in the middle」。
overcooked(過熟)指煮得太耐。
burnt(燶咗)指畀太多熱力整壞咗。
bland(淡口、冇味)指欠缺味道。
greasy(油膩)指沾咗太多油或者脂肪。

"The pasta is overcooked and a little mushy."

I think、it seems、a little 或者 could you 開頭。
"I think this chicken may be undercooked."
"This seems a little cold. Could it be warmed up?"
"The soup is a bit bland for me. Could I get some salt?"
"I am sorry, but the bottom is burnt."
"Would it be possible to remake this?"
"Could I have a fresh order of fries? These arrived cold."
如果件事關乎安全,就要講得直接:「I am concerned this meat is undercooked」。
"The broccoli is mushy, so it may have been cooked too long."
"The chicken is dry, but the seasoning is good."
"The fries are soggy instead of crisp."
"The eggs are rubbery around the edges."
「The pasta is bad」好含糊。「The pasta is overcooked and mushy」就具體。
講味道就用 bland、underseasoned、salty、bitter、sour、too sweet 或者 too spicy。
"It could use more salt."
"The sauce is a little flat."
"The flavor is mild, but not in a bad way."
"The burnt edges make it taste bitter."
"The oil makes the dish feel heavy."
講需要再煮耐啲嘅食物,唔好講「the food is not mature」。要講「undercooked」或者「not cooked through」。
唔好講「too cooked」。
要講「It tastes bland」或者「It is underseasoned」。
要講「It tastes burnt」或者「It has a burnt flavor」。
唔好講「many oil」。要講「too much oil」、「too oily」或者「greasy」。
"I am sorry, but I think this chicken is undercooked in the center. The outside looks done, but the middle is still pink and soft. Could you cook it a little longer or bring a fresh plate? The side of vegetables is fine, but the fries are lukewarm and a bit soggy. I appreciate your help."
例子:「The soup tastes a little bland, and it is not very hot. Could I get some salt and have it warmed up?」
跟住,將一個含糊嘅投訴改寫一下,例如「This is bad」「The meat is strange」或者「The food has too much oil」。用返 undercooked、overcooked、bland、burnt、cold、lukewarm、greasy、soggy、dry 或者 tough。
