Tiếng Anh chăm sóc theo dõi: Tái khám, giấy giới thiệu, doctor's note, và kết quả xét nghiệm

Nhiều người nghĩ buổi khám kết thúc khi họ bước ra khỏi phòng khám — nhưng giai đoạn theo dõi (follow-up) thường là nơi mọi thứ bị kẹt. Bạn có thể cần đặt lịch tái khám, lấy giấy giới thiệu (referral) đến bác sĩ chuyên khoa, xin giấy chứng nhận của bác sĩ (doctor's note) cho trường học hoặc nơi làm việc, kiểm tra kết quả xét nghiệm, hoặc tổ chức hồ sơ để mang về nước trước khi bạn rời đi. Mỗi việc cần tiếng Anh khác nhau.

Năm tình huống theo dõi

  3. Doctor's note / medical certificate — giấy tờ cho trường học, công ty hoặc bảo hiểm
