看診後追蹤英文：回診、轉診、拿證明、查報告

很多人以為走出診間就結束了，其實看診後的「追蹤階段」才是最容易卡關的：你要預約 follow-up（回診）、可能需要 referral（轉診）給專科、要申請 doctor's note 給學校或公司、要拿 lab results（檢驗報告）、出國前還要把病歷紀錄整理好帶回國。每一件事都需要不同的英文。

錯誤說法 vs 自然說法

情境對話 1：回診預約 + 拿醫師證明

You: Hi, I'd like to schedule a follow-up with Dr. Patel. He said I should come back in about two weeks. Receptionist: Sure. Could I have your name and date of birth? You: Lin Ming-yi, January 5th, 1995. Receptionist: I see you in the system. Two weeks from today is the 24th. I have Monday at 11 or Wednesday at 4. You: Wednesday at 4 works. One more thing — could I get a doctor's note for school covering the dates I was sick? Receptionist: Sure. Could you tell me what dates the note needs to cover? You: I missed class on the 8th, 9th, and 10th. Could the note say I was advised to rest during those days? Receptionist: No problem. We'll have it ready when you come in for the follow-up. Or, I can email it to you in the next couple of days. Which is easier? You: Email is great. Thanks.

情境對話 2：申請轉診

You: Hi, I saw Dr. Patel last week, and he suggested I see a dermatologist about a skin issue. Could you help me with the referral? Receptionist: Yes. Do you have a specific dermatologist in mind, or would you like a recommendation in our network? You: A recommendation would be great. My insurance is [BLANK].
