不自然な言い方 vs 自然な言い方

I allergy peanut. I'm allergic to peanuts. allergy は名詞、allergic が形容詞。
I cut last year. I had surgery last year. 手術は had surgery。
My mom is emergency. My emergency contact is my mom. 人を「emergency」とは言わない。
