既往歴の英語：慢性疾患・手術・入院・家族歴の伝え方

「Any past medical history?」は、英語の問診でほぼ必ず登場するフレーズです。一瞬で「持病は？手術は？いつ入院した？家族は？」と頭の中で整理し、それを英語に変換するのはなかなか骨が折れます。ですが、既往歴を 慢性疾患／手術／入院／家族歴 の 4 ブロックに分け、それぞれに数個ずつ定型フレーズを覚えておけば、ほとんどの医師に対応できます。

Doctor: Any surgeries? （医師：手術歴はありますか？）
