受診後フォローの英語：再診・紹介状・診断書・検査結果

診察室を出れば終わり——と思いがちですが、実は「受診後のフォロー段階」こそ詰まりやすいポイントです。follow-up（再診）の予約、必要なら referral（紹介状）で専門医へ、学校や職場用に doctor's note（診断書）を依頼、lab results（検査結果）の受け取り、帰国前にはカルテを整理して持ち帰る——どれも違う英語が必要です。

One more thing — could I get a doctor's note for school covering the dates I was sick? Receptionist: Sure. Could you tell me what dates the note needs to cover? You: I missed class on the 8th, 9th, and 10th. Could the note say I was advised to rest during those days? Receptionist: No problem. We'll have it ready when you come in for the follow-up.
