病院予約の英語：予約・変更・キャンセル・walk-in の言い方
「電話で病院を予約する」のが英語で一番難しい場面、と感じる方は多いと思います。相手は早口で、口元が見えず、専門用語も飛び交うからです。ですが実は、予約電話はレストランの予約と同じで 会話の構造が固定されています。「あいさつ → 本人確認 → 時間選び → 来院理由 → 確認 → 終了」の流れさえ押さえれば、3 分で済みます。
