drafty、noisy、damp、leaky、clogged、moldy といった単語は、「bad」や「broken」のような一般的な言葉よりもずっと役に立ちます。「The bathroom is bad」では十分な情報になりません。「The bathroom ceiling is damp and there is a moldy spot near the vent」のほうが、はるかに伝わりやすい表現です。
重要な使い分け
