Inglés médico para problemas de la piel: erupción, picazón, hinchazón, reacciones alérgicas

El inglés clínico hace distinciones más finas: ¿es un rash (erupción roja generalizada), hives (ronchas elevadas que cambian de lugar), un bump (un solo bulto) o swelling (hinchazón)? ¿Es itchy, painful o burning?
