Inglés para visitas de salud mental: ansiedad, insomnio, estrés y bajo estado de ánimo
Hablar de cómo duermes, de cómo ha estado tu estado de ánimo o de que te has sentido nervioso/a sin un motivo claro es difícil en cualquier idioma, y el vocabulario de salud mental en inglés tiene matices muy finos (feeling down vs depressed, anxious vs nervous). Una pequeña elección de palabras puede cambiar lo que el clínico escucha. Este artículo no es sobre autodiagnóstico — se trata de describir lo que sientes con claridad suficiente para que un profesional pueda encontrarse contigo en el punto en el que estás.
