"Are you taking any medications?" es una de las preguntas más frecuentes en cualquier clínica o farmacia. Pero, en el momento en que intentas decir "I take a 5 mg blood-pressure tablet every morning after meals" en un inglés limpio, es fácil dudar y trabarse. El truco es recordar que un historial de medicamentos tiene en realidad solo cuatro piezas: nombre del fármaco, dosis, frecuencia y horario. Una vez que sabes rellenar esos cuatro huecos, puedes responder casi cualquier pregunta que un farmacéutico o médico te haga.
