نتائج الفحوصات بالإنجليزية: كيف تفهم Normal و Abnormal والمتابعة

أجريتَ تحاليل دم، أو موجات فوق صوتية، أو أشعة سينية قبل بضعة أيام. ثم يرنّ هاتفك: "Hi, this is Dr. Lin's office calling about your test results..." فيخفق قلبك. في الجملة التالية، سيشير المتصل عادةً إلى أحد ثلاثة اتجاهات: normal، أو abnormal، أو need to follow up. إذا استطعت تمييز الاتجاه ثم سألت "What does that mean for me?"، يمكنك توجيه بقية المكالمة.
